Good evening Midkota. Out of an abundance of caution for our students' and staff's safety, Midkota Public School will have Virtual Learning tomorrow, April 2nd. Weather reports for tomorrow are somewhat conflicting, but we do know that there will be less than ideal travel conditions in parts of our school district throughout much of the day tomorrow. Our teachers and students are prepared and ready to virtually learn tomorrow, and while we could wait until the morning to make the official call, we also want to be mindful that many families need to make plans based off our decisions. High School students will begin direct instruction at 8:30AM, while the elementary will provide direct instruction beginning at 12:30 PM. Support time is available to students when teachers are not involved in direct instruction. For more information, please see our complete Virtually Learning plan here: https://core-docs.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/documents/asset/uploaded_file/1228/Midkota/5068542/Virtual_Learning_Schedule_24-25__1_.pdf Stay safe Midkota.
